Drain Cattle Company

Drain Cattle Company is located in Southwest Nebraska, equal distance between Denver, CO and Lincoln, NE.  We have been raising cattle since 2014, and began raising American Aberdeens at the start of 2017.  We were drawn to Aberdeens because of their extremely docile nature, good mothering ability, and the ability to graze more cattle per acre opposed to the larger, more prevalent breeds.  We love our animals, and feel very fortunate to be able to live this lifestyle.  At Drain Cattle Company, it is a family affair, everybody helps out and enjoys spending time with our cattle.  Our Aberdeens graze freely on grass, but also frequently get supplements of good quality alfalfa and cane.  Our goal is to offer high quality breeding stock, as well as delicious homegrown beef.  Our offerings will vary with each calving season depending on our ratio of heifers and bulls and our customer's needs.  We will also offer a variety of additional breeds such as miniature crosses as available.
